How can I autofill a radio button based on two conditions?

I would like to auto fill a payment value based on a users selection of sponsorship level and payment method.

Example, if a user selects the Ruby sponsor level and wants to pay by check then I would like the Ruby payment amount auto selected.

There are three payment methods. Depending on sponsor level and payment method, I want to have the amounts auto filled. I looked in the forum, but did not find a conditional solution.

I found the solution previously posted. I did not realize I needed to manually type in the radio button selected value.
