    Can you try re-adding the form? We think the code you used was somehow corrupted. Can you try it again?

    OK, the problem is the tutorial. We have just changed the form URLs from www.jotform.com to different domains. You must use the domain name assigned to you. So, when the tutorial says "www.jotform.com", you should change it to "form.jotform.me".

    you mean, instead of using

    http://www.jotform.com/form/FORM_ID

    i should use

    http://form.jotform.me/form/FORM_ID

    is it?

    ive change the url but the problem now is if i put slash, its still not working.
    and if don't put slash, this is what comes up from facebook developer page

    Error

    Canvas URL must point to a directory (i.e., end with a '/' or a dynamic page (i.e., have a '?' somewhere).

    Secure Canvas URL must point to a directory (i.e., end with a '/' or a dynamic page (i.e., have a '?' somewhere).

    You need to have those backslashes at the end of the URLs.

    Is it possible to get a screenshot of your Facebook Apps settings?

    @zuheirashraf,

    You are using incorrect secure form URL, please replace your secure form link to this: https://secure.jotform.me/form/20533744978463

    Hope this helps. Thank you.

    Your config looks perfectly fine.

    I have identifed a possible problem with this method of adding a form to a Facebook tab.

    I have escalated the issue to our developers to have a look into.

    We will report back here when it is fixed, in the meantime, may I suggest using a different method of adding your form to Facebook such as this one?

    I'm having this problem, as well. Trying to embed this form results in the same "Form Not Found" message:

    @EKingDynamiX

    This issue has already been escalated to our developers, we hope to arrive at a solution soon.

    In the meantime, may I suggest using a different method of adding your form to Facebook, such as this one:

    @jotform support - any idea on the ETA for a fix? Is this like a 1 day thing - or 1 month thing?

    EDIT: ACk ! A year later and this is still not resolved. Has this been figured out? 3rd party tabs arent playing well w/ our FB page setup. Need to do this via our own app.

    @militaryspouse

    Sorry but we do not support FB Developers Method as of now. The best way to add your forms to FB page is by using an Static HTML Iframe app or similar. The good thing about this is they now support FB tabs for mobile views. Please check this guide to learn more: Adding Form to Facebook

    Thanks!
