Form is not showing the correct Thank You message

FORM NOT SHOWING THE RIGHT THANK YOU RESPONSE?

I see this is about form 60487385429164, which has both a regular thank you message, and a conditional thank you message.

The conditional logic on the form is set up so that if Member Name if filled, the following thank you message will display:

If Member Name is not filled, your default thank you message will display:

As the Member Name is a required field, the condition will always trigger, and the conditional thank you message will be displayed.
