Hello,
I try verify sender email, but I cannot receive verification code.
I want to set contact@basalt.work as sender email, and I think JotForm cannot to send code to me via smtp.

You can check your Spam folder also and check if the verification email is there. By the way, how are you trying to add your email as a sender email?
Is it through
Accounts>Settings>Sender Emails>Edit
or through your form

You may also try to Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses and see if that helps.
