Unresponsive fields in my form, even after changing css

Ok well, this pictures are after inserting css provided by one of the jot form team members on my form, I'm still im getting the same behavior with those two field I mentioned, the matrix and Multiple Text Fields widget, but even in the name field and the next button you can see how those are being cut off too.

When testing on mobile can you please check this site: http://teach.bemusic.al which is where I want to have my form embedded and accessed by users.
