Incomplete URL tranferred into Infusionsoft for file upload Jotform / Infusionsoft integration

Asked by Alertforce_AU on March 06, 2016 at 11:23 PM

    Hi there,

I have been looking through your support forum because I am having difficulty getting the Jotform / Infusionsoft integration to work.

The full URL is not being uploaded into the Infusionsoft database.

I found the post below from January this year that describes the same issue I am having.

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/760861-Infusionsoft-Integration-Unable-to-get-the-link-to-the-file-from-File-Upload-passed-to-Infusionsoft-Contact-custom-field

I was wondering whether this issue has been resolved?

If everyone using Jotform is having the same problem then is it the case that noone anywhere has been able to use the integration?

    Thanks

    Jeremy

Unfortunately, there isn't any update on that thread. To solve that issue, can you try to remove that integration and re-integrate it again?

If it doesn't work, please let us know. We would be happy to assist you.

    Hey Jeremy,

Have you tried using Parsey yet? We've been successful at solving some of these technical challenges between Jotform and Infusionsoft. We're happy to assist.

    Hi there,

I submitted this question a month ago and since then I have implemented a solution via Zapier that works quite nicely except that it is not in real time.

Can you tell me whether anyone has taken a look at this issue in the last month? What needs to be done for this issue to get some attention? It would be great to be able to use the Jotform <> Infusionsoft integration rather than going via Zapier but I can't if this issue is not fixed.

    Thanks

    Jeremy

Unfortunately, we still don't have an update for the said report and I have to be honest that this thread has never been forwarded to our developers. I think that is because you never replied after my colleague asked you to re-integrate, but I guess you already tried that and still nothing.

Anyways, I have now forwarded this to our developers. We'll keep you posted for udpates.

Thank you for letting me know. I have one further question then now that this has been fixed.

Because of this issue I have been using Zapier as a workaround.

I discovered that when I transferred data from Jotform into Infusionsoft the data formats are different. To address this I had to use a function of Zapier to change the data format from mm-dd-yyyy to dd-mm-yyyy.

Not that this issue is fixed I will use the Jotform-Infusionsoft integration to save time and money. However, I suspect that I will face this date format issue again.

So, can you tell me how to swap the date format in Jotform - Infusionsoft integration?

I still need to collect the date on the Jotform in the dd-mm-yyyy format but it needs to go into Infusionsoft as mm-dd-yyyy.

    Thanks,

    Jeremy

It seems like the follow up concern you have is different from the original issue that we have here. To better assist you and focus on the issue, I have opened a separate thread for it. Please refer to this link instead: https://www.jotform.com/answers/832429

We will address it shortly. Thank you.
