On Feb. 14th I published our link using Jotform. I've had 1/2 dozen people tell me they did not receive the email. Is there a way to track these emails.

If I understand correctly, you shared your form with Email as you see below:
If you provide us your email address we can check your email logs.

Ok, thank you for confirming. When I've checked your email logs I see that you've sent email on 15/02/2016.
However, it seems there is no failure, email sent successfully. We would appreciate it if you could contact with them and ask to check spam, trash and bulk folders? If they find them there, they can mark as not spam in order to not go into the folder anymore.
