If you create an order form, as a free user, you have limited for 10 payment form. I see that you've payment form which is https://form.jotform.me/60454628430453 when you reach your limit, the account will go on Overlimit Status. Then all the forms will stop receiving submissions. To increase payment submission limits, you will need to upgrade to a higher subscription plan.

As a Free user, you have 10 payment submissions and totally, 100 submissions limit per month.

As a Bronze user, you have 1000 payment submissions and totally, 1000 submissions limit per month.

As a Silver user, you have 10.000 payment submissions and totally, 10.000 submissions limit per month.

As a Gold user, you have 100.000 payment submissions and totally, 100.000 submissions  limit per month.

As a platinum user, you have 1.000.000 payment submissions and totally 1.000.000 submissions limit per month.

    Hi Beril

You don't seem to understand my question...I am aware of your pricing what I am asking is what is the difference between payment submission (10 per month) and submissions (100 per month)?

    1. Payment submission does this mean as long as 10 customers have submitted payment via my form then the next customer is unable to use it anymore...am I right?

    2. Submissions - what is this? what is a submission ? can u give me a example..?

Payment submissions are submissions that include payments. For example, you created a payment form, when that form is submitted it is a payment submission. It counts against your payment submission limit per month.

As for the Submission, when your form is submitted successfully, that is a submission.

    You might also ask,

"If a payment form is submitted, would that still count as a submission and be deducted from my 100 submissions limit (Free subscription) per month?"

The answer is "Yes" because it is still considered as a submission.

Now for the Free subscription, you are allowed to have a total of 100 submissions per month for normal forms without payment fields and 10 payment submissions per month for payment forms.

If you go over any of those limits before the month ends, your form will be disabled temporarily. It will, however, resume at the beginning of the following month since submissions(except Upload Limit) resets every first of the month.
