From what I'm seeing it seems that you are having an issue with the date field formatting in the email notifications showing underscores when customizing the date tag.

When I checked on this furthermore I found you have it in two notifications.

I'm currently looking into this to find out what happened so please allow us a bit of time to fully investigate this problem and we will get back with you about this issue briefly.

When testing this further I found I am able to replicate this problem with " {DATE:F j, Y} " which shows as you mentioned above " March_7,_2016 ".

I tried a few methods to test so that I could help correct it for you possibly but no dice yet.

According to our custom dates guide it looks like you're trying to modify and create your own date formatting from the original which was" {DATE:l, jS \of F Y \a\t g:i A} " that shows up as " Monday,_7th_of_March_2016_at_3:02_PM " so after checking that it too had the the full date output displayed incorrectly.

So at this point I believe it's clear that something is probably wrong and we do apologize about this inconvenience. Thank you kindly for reporting this problem to us.

I've now also sent a bug report about this problem to our developers so that we can help get this problem corrected for you as soon as possible and we will respond to you again as soon as we can.

Has there been any resolution to this issue where there are underscores in the dates?  Is there any type of workaround you can suggest?  The people I have set this up for are beginning to complain and are suggesting I use a competing product just to get this fixed.  HELP!

We haven't received any updates from our developers yet. You might consider the following workaround:

    1) Add DateTime field from Quick Tools tab and hide it(Select the field, click on the gear icon>>Hide Field), and set the current time:

    2) Add a Form Calculation field, and use the DateString function:

    3) Go to edit your Autoresponder Email and include the Form Calculation field, which in my example I labeled as "DateString", instead of the current format you have:

    4) Save and test your form, this should be the result:

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for your response.  I tried the workaround you suggested. When I try to follow the instructions I get ‘undefined 16801’ in the date field.  I want the date to appear as March 21, 2016.

Where do you get this value ‘undefined 16801’

When trying to add it in the calculation wizard?

Is it when trying to add the field on the email template?

Please, do let us know we will take a look and will provide you with the steps to apply the workaround provided above.
