I checked your account with username alexgonnord and you are far from reaching your submission limits. You can check your current usage by clicking the account setting menu found at the top right side of the page. Or you can simply navigate to your "Usage" section by clicking this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage. Make sure you are logged in to your account.
I checked our mail logs and saw that you were in a guest account when you created your forms which gave you a much less submission limit. I see you already have created an account, please do note that for "Free" or "Starter" plan, you are allowed to have 100 regular/SSL submission per month, 10 payment submission per month and 1,000 monthly form views. Please check our pricing page for the limits of each plan: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
If you reached any of the said limits, your account will temporarily be disabled. To continue using your forms, you'll need to upgrade to a higher subscription plan OR wait for the submission counter and form view limit to reset, which happens every 1st day of the month.
Do let us know if you need more information on this.
