How can I remove the gray box at the top of my form?

There is a grey box that appears in many of my forms. Would you be able to tell me how to get rid of it?

That is your form background image but doesn't contain the entire form area. The background is part of the theme that is applied in your form. If you want to remove that, you can inject the following custom CSS codes to your form:

.form-all {

    background: rgba(251, 249, 246, 0.32);

}

Basically, just changing the background image to a color. Here's how to inject the codes: http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes. Please add it to the bottom.
