Different versions of a form

    Hi,

I've been buidling a form as a proof of concept and I'm now being asked if it's possible to create a simplified version of that form. The simplified means that about one tenth of the 100+ fields need to be used if I choose a specific radio button option at the top of the form. I don't even want to consider going in each field and adding a Show\Hide condition based on that. I think it's too much work and maintenance in the long term. Are there other options you can suggest?

    Thanks

    Hi Paul,

If I understand correctly, you want to make a Template form so that it can be used multiple times or be distributed.

You can share your form as template in the Form Templates Gallery.

    user guide: Sharing-a-Form-in-the-Form-Templates-Gallery

    OR

You can make multiple versions of a Form by cloning it.

    user guide: How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account

Then, create different version using the Field Manager tool.

Hope this help. Let us know how we can be of further assistance.
