How can I get the text I input on the form to show up in the emails I get

The text that I have in the form does not show up in the emails I get. This is the terms and conditions and I have on the form as just text and need this to show up so I can print it out.

I have created a clone version of one of your forms in the website you have provided and made a test submission. I have checked the email notification being received and I believe you are also only seeing this:

To include the complete text of the Terms and Condition in your form, you need to add it to the content of the email manually.
