I don't see anymore the forms on website

    Hello,

    I don't see anymore all the forms I created with jotform and published on quite alla pages of my website.

    I actually use sandvox app to create websites and till now everything has worked perfectly also with your forms.

    My username is Lucadileone and I'm contacting you from Italy.

    Please help me.
