Why sample logo is displayed in my embedded form?

    The grey to the left of the OSD logo, I don't see it when I edit the form, just when I publish it.Why sample logo is displayed in my embedded form? Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Hello klwally,

    Have you fixed the issue already?

    I did check your webpage where you have embedded your form and it does not display any sample logo. Please check the screenshot below:

    The sample logo image is displayed when you set the image of default image is set in "Form Cover". I also checked your form in designer and you seems to have removed it already. Please check the screenshot below:

    I am not sure if this is the correct form. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if it still shows the sample logo.

    Shortly after I posted I went and played around a little more and found that sample logo there. Must have been an inadvertent thing at one point. We never saw it until we published live, and couldn't see the entire image.  I was able to go in and delete it and it's all good now. Thank you so much for following up!!

    I ended up finding it shortly after
    I went into the design tab and found a sample logo attached to the far left
    I deleted that and it took care of the problem.
