Showing a file based on an address search resultAsked by David Burnham on March 09, 2016 at 10:36 AM
We have documents that are scanned into our database as pdf's. We would like to be able to set up property location (address) and attach documents to specific address locations. Once attached we would like pubic access to those images per address search. Would this layout be possible with your software? Thanks.
I think that is possible in Jotform. However, I don't think showing the images dynamically is possible in the form. You may need to add the files/images/PDF's one at a time using our image tool or the PDF embedder widget:
As for showing the file based on the address search, you can do this by adding show/hide conditional logic. Here's a reference guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-show-or-hide-a-field-in-the-form-based-on-the-other-field-input-or-selection.
