Hello, i am needing to create a searchable database. I have already created the submission form and the info goes to excel.

How do i let users on my site search the submitted information,(make the submitted forms public) by way of a search page. Example: visitors fill in city/state/zip ..and all the matching submissions will pop up. please help.Thank you.
