The jot form doesn't submit applications from people who use their Apple iphone or ipad. Is there a fix for this?

Javascript occasionally does not work well on IOS devices.  Changing your embed code from the default javascript embed code to the iFrame code, should allow for IOS users to be able to submit the form:
