Thank you for contacting us.
Have you already solved this? It looks like that you have added an API URL as a form webhook to receive the form post data.

No, it did not work. I think for my CRM to receive the form data as a post, it must be formatted correctly. I know it is possible because I have posted data from other sources directly to it but it always needed to have the variables with the right format like "last_name".
I wish jot form had a way for me to "KEY" the form inputs correctly. There was a word-press plug for the contact form that used to do if for and allow me to key the fields right with an api integration plugin. But now I use Squarespace and jotform and i don't see how that middle step gets done. I did see that the api developers will write a integration for CRM platforms, maybe that is the only way? It is energyperiscope.com

Unfortunately, we do not have any integration with the EnergyPeriscope service at the moment.
You are right about the fields mapping, the API submission URL should be properly formatted accordingly to their API documentation. There is no way to map the form fields to your CRM directly from within a JotForm, but this should be possible with a custom script. The idea is to use a webhook / http post data option to post the form data to your script in order to format it and send to the EnergyPeriscope in a correct format.
You may consider hiring a programmer for a script part. For example, we can recommend a freelancer marketplace website - https://www.upwork.com.
