Thank You Page is displayed Even After Redirect URL

Hi,

I am embedding this form to an external website / app. What I noticed is after a submission when I try to return to the form from my external application I see the Thank You page instead of the Form. I tried the Redirect URL trick but i am still taken to the Thank You page. hoW can i reload the form after a sumission?

If you want to redirect back to the page the form is embedded simply change default Thank You page to the URL of the same page again. See illustration bellow, after form is submitted it redirect back to itself.

Yes But I would still like to show a thank you messgae. Why do we have multiple submissions feature but the Thank You page only works with the first submission?

I believe that you are referring to the form titled "Return TO APPLE". As I check this form, I notice that the custom URL in the Thank you page was set to redirect to the following form which is just a Thank you message.

Currently, the form is set to display the Thank you message. If you want the form to be redirected to the same form, please change the custom URL in the Thank you page to the required form URL.
