    Form not being redirected to custom thank you page.

    Hi 

     

    I have a form called CF Plymouth, when people apply they should be directed to my thank you page at:

    car-financeplymouth.co.uk/thank you

    but actually they get a message saying the page is not available

    it seems to be adding the figures 20%to the url which may be why the page is not available...but it is set up correctly

    Hello Mike,

    I did check the thank you URL you have set in your form and I was able to figure out the issue. You seems to have added http://www.car-financeplymouth.co.uk/thank-you (- in between thank you). Please check the screenshot below:

     

    That is the reason why it is not working for you. I have gone ahead and fixed this issue in your form. I also sent a test submission and I was redirected to correct thank you URL. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    I would suggest you to test your form and see if this works as expected.
