Forms not submitting

    Good day,

    We have a number of forms with your service.  

    Over the past 2 weeks or so we have had numerous calls from client saying the form won't submit.

    It's not showing red or saying anything is missing, it just doesn't submit or do anything after hitting submit.

    This is occurring on our EXISTING Dog w/ food order form.

    Please help.

    I tested your embedded form and indeed, I was unable to complete a submission depending on which options were shown.  I was able to complete a submission if the Spa section was not shown.  When I cloned your form and tested it by itself it did work without issue.  Try embedding your form once again to see if that helps.  I am trying to narrow down what specifically is causing the form to be unable to submit when embedded, in my test form though without being embedded, everything appears to work properly.
