Help with failed Dropbox integration

    Hello Support, 

    I am having trouble setting upa Dropboox integration. It worked once when I first tested it, but I can't get it to work now. 


    I checked the path and it seems correct; any ideas about what I am doing wrong?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Have you tried removing the integration and re-integrating it again?

    I'm checking your form and your screenshot, one thing I noticed is that the folder name, you have "OnTarget Audience Plans" while the form is titled "OnTarget Audience Solution". Did you change the folder name or form name? 

    If the folder path is not correct, the integration might broke. I strongly advise removing the integration and re-integrate it again, see if that works. We'll wait for your response. Please also do check this guide on how to integrate Dropbox to JotForm:
