This could be related to bouncing, we need to get the email address where the emails should go, you may also check if your email address is in our bounce list and remove it if it is, follow this guide to do it: http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list.
Also, follow this guide to prevent issues related to bouncing: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.
If the issue is still there after following these steps, and you are using our default sender email addresses (firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com), ask your email provider to whitelist our IP Addresses: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
