How to connect my form with my database?Asked by Mike Sidwell on March 10, 2016 at 09:11 PM
I am looking for a way to make it easier for our trail crew, by creating our waivers on a form that they could use off-line to sign everyone in at a volunteer work project and then upload it to our database when they are somewhere they can get service.
The key is that we need to be able to connect this form to our database so that folks that pre-register can be pulled and added to the form so all they have to do is sign next to their info. Then the rest of the folks can be uploaded at the end of the day.
The key needs are 1) getting everyone from work parties in our database and b) easily and accurately tracking all of our volunteer hours for grants and contracts.
I would love to chat on the phone if possible if this sounds doable.

Regarding to "easily and accurately tracking all of our volunteer hours for grants and contracts" I'm not sure if understood your question, but if I'm correct this feature could help you: http://www.jotform.com/blog/150-Introducing-Form-Analytics.
If it does not help you, please provide us a bit more about it on a new thread, we will be glad to help you.
