Do you mean the email was not sent when you used the Publish feature in Jotform?
I cloned your form and shared the form via email. I was able to receive the email without any issue.
If you are having issues with the Share via email method in the Publish feature, then you can try copying the direct link of the form and manually creating the email.
To copy the direct URL, click the Publish button on your form builder.
Then click the Copy Link button to copy the direct link.
You can now paste the link to your email provider and send it there.
If you need further assistance, do let us know.

VickiHReplied on March 10, 2016 at 10:45 PMYes, I can get it too, but 3 other people do not get the email with the
link. i did just enable the "Respnsive form" so hoping that will help. I
also wanted to go with the SMTP but hae already verified my address. Does
that mean I can't go back. I followed the directions on how to set up SMTP
but did not get the SMTP screen.
Yall are fast with the responses!!!

The SMPT is for the autoresponder email to be sent from your own address, so I assume that the issue is with the autoresponder and not with the share form via email feature?
I checked your autoresponder settings and it seems to be setup correctly. Once you have already verified the address, you can simply select that address from the Sender E-mail dropdown
If you are encountering issues with the SMTP email, perhaps you can try using noreply@jotform.com as your sender email.
If you want to use your own email address, then you may also try removing the custom sender email and add it again. The following guide should help you: How to Edit/Delete Sender Emails on SMTP Settings
Do let us know if the issue persists.
Regards.
