Hey there I built a form for my facebook page and tried testing it and i don't get any email notifications. If i go in and TEST the email, I get it, however if somebody goes and submits information I never get it.
I am using a Gmail account, if that matters !
Can you please advise?Page URL:

Fixed my own issue, copied code from Embed iFrame and it works fine, just have to remeber to update the script everytime I make a change to the form.....unless there is an eaiser way of that ?

What do you mean by 'copied code from Embed iFrame' ?
If you mean you you used the one line iFrame embed code, you wont need to update anything on your facebook tab after making an edit to your form on JotForm.

I used the code in the larger box on the bottom
not the 1 line one !
is that wrong? sorry for being new

All embed methods are valid, some are just going to be easier to maintain if you do think are going to making lots of edits to your form(s).
Embedding full source code is one of those methods that may require more maintenance.
Gathering the iFrame embed code is shown here, option 4.
You may want to try that iFrame embed, but if your form is working now and you dont feel you wont need to make many changes to it, it may be better to leave it in place.
Its entirely your choice.

Just use the iFrame embed code, (they are both the same anyway)
