How do I insert a hyperlink into a Survey Matrix?

    I am working with the following form: https://form.jotform.com/60706542997163 

    I would like each Course title to be a hyperlink so that the user can click on the course name to read the full course description.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    You may use HTML Anchor tag along with the title to link the course page as shown below:

    The form should be displaying the titles of the Matrix field with hyperlinks as shown below:
