not receiving email notificationsAsked by rmccoy on March 12, 2016 at 11:06 AM
my email notifications from submittals only go to Jotform inbox. how to make it send notifications to email addresses? I have not had success with this not matter what i've tried thus far.
I did check your form's email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should receive the submission email without any problem. I also checked our email logs and it seems emails are being sent correctly. Please check the logs below:[2016-03-10 10:56:43] Submission #333434603371149048 Form #60674110698156 SENT to email@example.com from firstname.lastname@example.org via AMAZONSES [2016-03-10 10:47:16] SENT to email@example.com from firstname.lastname@example.org via AMAZONSES [2016-03-10 09:30:26] SENT to email@example.com from firstname.lastname@example.org via AMAZONSES
Have you checked your spam folder already? Please check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. I would also suggest you to add email@example.com email address to contact list in Hotmail to ensure that the form emails won't be filtered as spam.
We will wait for your response.
yeah looks like they might be going to junk mail folder.
Like my colleague suggested, try to put firstname.lastname@example.org in your contacts list so emails will not go to your junk folder anymore.
Please let us know if you have more questions.
