not receiving email notifications

    my email notifications from submittals only go to Jotform inbox. how to make it send notifications to email addresses?  I have not had success with this not matter what i've tried thus far.

    Hello rmccoy,

    I did check your form's email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should receive the submission email without any problem. I also checked our email logs and it seems emails are being sent correctly. Please check the logs below:

    Have you checked your spam folder already? Please check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. I would also suggest you to add noreply@jotform.com email address to contact list in Hotmail to ensure that the form emails won't be filtered as spam.

    yeah looks like they might be going to junk mail folder.

    Like my colleague suggested, try to put noreply@jotform.com in your contacts list so emails will not go to your junk folder anymore.
