I test submitted your form http://www.jotform.us/form/60661391368157

    Using esignature widget Screenshot 50

and I checked the Sent Email. I can see my test signature sent.

I also checked for your previous test submission and I see it on the sent email log as well.

What I suggest you do also is, make the esignatures widget on your forms mandatory or *Required data

this way the form cannot be submitted if the esignatures are empty.

Let us know if there are still issue.

    Thanks.

Thanks for your help. I am not seeing it on the test email to myself. I
would like my signature to be present when my guest speakers open the
    contract to sign it.
I am not getting that when I send it to myself.
    What am I missing...

I think there is a misunderstanding on how it works.

I checked your test sent email and I can see you send the link of the form via the email

    Using esignature widget Screenshot 20

If you click on the link https://form.jotform.com/60661391368157 it will open the form. Of course the initially loaded form will be empty and needs to be filled in and submitted to see the data.

If I understand correctly now, you wanted the signature to appear as soon as the form is loaded/opened ?

You may just want to use an image instead (of your signature) and add it on the form. This way when the form is opened/viewed by your users, they will see an image of your signature on the form.

Please let us know if my understanding of what you wanted to achieve is correct. If not, please describe more and we will find a solution.

    Thanks.
