I'm using the Adboe esign integration. Unfortunately the end result (signed document) is a rather poorly formatted. It is not possible to set the default font in Adobe esign when I log in.
The jotform <> Adobe esign integration only accepts inline css and skips generic css. As a result it is not possible to produce a document that is styled in a sans serif font.
so this works:
<p style="font-family:arial">Document title</p>
This doesn't:
<style>
p {font-family:arial;}
</style>
The jotform text fields allows to set HTML and thus use inline. That results in sans serif in the PDF. But the other jotform elements don't allow inline css or do they?
So my question: How can I get sans serif in the pdf for all form elements.

I'm sorry, but I don't think there's a way to edit the document. You can only style the widget within the form, but not the generated PDF file. But I have forwarded this to our widget manager. He knows if this is possible to implement or not. We'll let you know.

Hi Welvin,
Thanks for the reply! If the individual form elements would allow inline CSS, the pdf would be styled...

I would like to verify if you are referring to the generated PDF in the submissions. If you are, then you can actually customized the said PDF. However, these are the only fonts available: Aria, Courier, Courier New, Helvetica, Open Sans. Tahoma, Trebuchet MS. Here's a guide:
1. Select the form and then click the "Submissions" button.
2. Click the "Get PDF" button and the click the "Customize PDF" option.
3. Click the "Settings" button.
4. Choose a font style.
Hope that helps. But my colleague Welvin said he already forwarded a request to our widget manager regarding the inline CSS for Adobe Esign widget.
Thank you.

The form can be styled in the form designer in general. This doesn't need you to use inline styling. But the signed PDF file for the Adobe E-Sign widget uses a different stylesheet so it's impossible for you to have the same styles from the form.
I have now submitted this to our developers as a feature request. We can't promise any timeframe for this, but if there are updates, you should know it via this thread.
