I have my website with GoDaddy.com.  I spoke with their Customer Service who told me that JavaScript format forms will NOT be visible on their ".mobi" pages (pages that are optimized to look better on mobile devices, like iPhones and Android).  What format can I save my Jotform form so it will display and function correctly (including dropdown menus) on mobile? If you know of a format or a design style, please give me the instructions of how save my form in this way. Thanks.

    Hi MartyG,

May we ask for the .mobi URL of your form or website? I have tried accessing your form using the URL you provided and I was able to open the form properly including the drop downs.

We'll await your response so that we can further assist you. Thank you for using Jotform!

Yes, my .com site works fine with my Javascript Jotform form. But the host of my website, GoDaddy, said that I can NOT use Javascript-format forms on their site. Is there an embed format or form style I can use for my forms in Jotform that will be mobile-friendly when displayed on Smartphones?

My mobile-friendly URL (you can only use this on Smartphones) is: www.LyricMagician.mobi

    Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your response. Because of your answer and GoDaddy's restriction, I am considering finding a different host so my mobile site can use my Jotform forms. My Jotform form looks and works great on my .com site.

In the meantime, you can put a direct URL to your form on mobile website.

    Link code example:

    <a target="_blank" href="http://form.jotform.us/form/12534211173" rel="nofollow noopener ugc">Order (Personal)</a>

    Order (Personal)
