New Email Wizard: I can no longer edit the email notification text

I can no longer edit the email notification text. A recent update must have broken something! Help!

With the new email wizard, you will need to click on the Next button to be able to change the email template.

If there are any problems, please kindly provide us with a name/ID of affected form and details about the issue. Thank you.
