I need my password reset. I'm not receiving the reset instructions.

    I checked your email d****lls@c***o.com and it is associated with the account username darhills.

    The email address is not in our bounce list so you should receive the email with the instructions on how to reset your password. Here's how you can reset your password:

    1. Navigate to www.jotform.com, click "LOG IN" and choose "Forgot Password".

    2. Enter the email address associated with your account. 

    3. You should then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Please do check your spam/junk/trash folder, the emails might be landing on those folders.
