    Unable to save form updates

    my form is not saving, the saving spinner has been running for over an hour.

     

    I have cleared form cache and Internet cache, I have tried an alternative browser but my changes are not being saved

    I am not currently able to reproduce the issue with a cloned version of your form. If the issue still persists, please let us know. Also, if the issue is related to some specific form, provide a form name/ID.

    The form is Safety Car Workshops, I have tried making a clone of it and seeing if that makes any difference but it does not.

    The problem goes away and then starts up again, I make a change and the save icon has a spinner over it which stays for as long as I am logged on. if I try to log off, or leave the edit page, i get a message asking if I want to lease because my changes have not been saved.

    It worked fine on my tablet last night until your system went down at 2 am. however, it is nearly impossible to create or extensively edit a form on my tablet, that is why I prefer to work on my Windows 10 desktop with 27" monitor.

    I have now tried 3 different browsers, clearing form and browser caches at each step. I see I am not the only person with this problem.

    Please help I am going demented

    I also could not reproduce the issue on my end. I can save forms just fine.

    Perhaps the issue just have to do on your browser. I suggest you try opening the Form Builder using different browser also. See if this option makes any difference.

    If not resolve with other browser, try this process also

    #1 Log out of from JotForm

    #2 Close all open browsers on your Windows desktop

    #3 Open browser (preferably Chrome browser) then login to JotForm at https://www.jotform.com/login

    #4 In your My Forms select your form you want to edit/change

    #5 While in the Form Builder disable the Autosave feature. Follow the user guide below

    #6 Make changes/edit to your form

    #7 Save using the Save button on top.

    After saving Preview your form to check if changes/edit are now saved.

    Let us know if still not resolve.
