The email i used to setup my form is email@example.com - but I can't access my email could you send it to my secondary email so I make some changes in my account?
I believe the username is Renardj but I don't know the password. Please inform me of username and password.

Your username is renardj sadly there is no secondary email for JotForm accounts the only way you can reset the password is via the email address set on file which is firstname.lastname@example.org . We do not have direct access to your password for everytime a user request for a password reset, a link is sent out to email address on file with the system generated token.
If you no longer have any access to the current email address you can open up a new JotForm account with the new username and email then move the existing forms from renardj by using the clone feature of JotForm so that you can continue on managing the forms. Once you have cloned the forms you will need to update the form embed code in the websites where the forms were added and change it to the new ones. Or we can also move the forms to your new account.
