Cannot create a PDF form, it keeps on saying "working"

    I had the same issue as rmccoy in that when I tried to create a pdf version of a simple template, it just keeps saying "working".  I have even changed to firefox and it still says the same thing.  I haven't signed up for an account yet, i have just been playing around with jotform.  Do I need to sign up to create a pdf?

    It seems that you don't have a JotForm account yet. I searched your email address and I found a guest account (guest_60602588862058).

    I would highly recommend you signing up for a JotForm account. You can use the Free or Starter plan if you like. In this way, you can fully enjoy our services and features. It will also help you in managing your forms properly.

    I cloned one of your form ( and I was able to replicate the problem. I wasn't able to create a PDF form, it keeps on saying "working".

    I will escalate this issue to our developers so that they are aware of it. We'll let you know on this thread once the issue is fixed.

    I am having the same issue.  It just reads "working"
