Auto Fill: With this feature enabled it is showing "Already Submitted" when trying to submit the form more than once.

    We had troubles with this yesterday - were there more system issues?  Thank you for your help.

    I have tested it on my end and was able to replicate the issue, it seems to be only when enabling the Auto Fill option, I will report it to our second level so one of our developers will take a look to the issue and you will be notified when it is fixed.
