I've been using a free subscription and signed up for a two-year account. However, the forms my organization uses are under another employee's account. Could I get your help transferring this subscription from my account to the one under my co-worker, email@example.com? Thanks in advance, and let me know if you have any questions.

I have cancelled and refunded the most recent payment/subscription for the user "sobrien" and applied the subscription from your account instead. Your subscription which ends on March 8th, 2018 is now the active subscription on that account.
