I have a form that has a paypal product in it. When users are filling out the form and hitting register, it takes them to paypal to finish their payment but it is not recording as a submission in Jotform. How do I fix this?

If you are receiving the payment and the submissions are still showing in your account as incomplete:
You may need to enable IPN in your PayPal account:
IPN is the notification that gets sent back to JotForm to let us know the payment was complete. If this is not enabled, every payment will be marked as incomplete on our end.
