I assume you are referring to the account named shanalprevette?
It appears that your account was disabled because you have exceeded the upload limit of 100MB (142.05MB out of 100MB available space). To re-enable your account, I suggest you delete the submissions in your form that has uploaded files attached to them.
Furthermore, to avoid the issue again, I suggest you integrate the form with third party file storage services such as Dropbox and Google Drive. That way, you can have a copy of the uploaded files and you can delete them in the submissions page.
