I made several payment forms for my account and was testing them using the test button on the Jotform website. They work great.
I tested them by submitting the form BUT i exit the screen before checkout.
What I'm wondering is, when a customer fills in a payment form, is the form NOT sent to my email UNTIL they checkout completely?
I would like to know because I am not sure and need to know before I launch my printing company.

During the checkout if the customer closes the browser or does not complete the payment process at Paypal this will be recorded as a Pending Submission in your JotForm account and no notification email is sent. The notification email from Jotform will only be sent out for transactions whose payments were processed and completed.
