I'm trying to download submissions, but it's not working. I get the usual message saying that the download is complete, but it really isn't. It starts to download, but when I click on the file in my download folder, it says that it "Can't resume the download."

Could you please provide us the link to your form?
I have tested with this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/60664801118957.
I was able to download the file, but when I opened it I received a message saying the the name is too large, I only renamed the Excel file and it worked, I was able to see the data.
Please, if this is not your form, provide us with the link, we will be glad to make more tests.
