    How do you add a text box to a check box field for example yes/no "please explain"

    Adding a yes no check box is easy but how do i add a text to this field?  For example: Have you ever been convicted of a felony?  Yes No - If yes, please explain

    There are 2 solutions for that.

    1. Enable the "Other" option on checkboxes. This adds a textbox on the checkbox as an option which enables the user to enter a custom option or answer.

    2. Create a Show/Hide Condition which shows a separate message box once a certain option is selected.
