Error with Testing Payment Processing

When I attempt to test payment processing using Stripe, with the card number 4242 4242 4242 4242 + CVC 123, with the exp date later than todays date, it declines.  What am I doing wrong?

I have not published the form yet because I need to make sure it works.  Please help.

You need to try with a valid credit card, since you are not using the test mode. To use the test card, you will need to be integrated to Stripe with a "Test API", since you are using a "Live API" the test card submissions is failing.
