    Hello,

When I went on my website to look at my form I got the following error message:

"The form is not found:  The form is disabled."

Please let me know why this is happening.  I don't want my customers to try and get on my website and the form is not working.

Thank you for your assistance with this.

Your forms were reported by SpamCop.net to us, it seems somebody reported your site along with the forms as a cheap imitation of another genuine site. That's the reason why we suspended your forms.

That is not true. I own this business and it is registered in the state which I live. What do I need to show you to prove this.  Please call me and reply as soon as possible.  I don't understand this at all.  I have a legal registered business and need this fixed as soon as possible.  What is SpamCop.net?

I understand that you guys are trying to prevent stuff like you described but there has been a mistake if someone has reported by website via SpamCop.net.  You guys need to let people know when something like this happens because I am trying to run a business and now I am unable to have my site working because of someone sending you bogus information about my business. Please contact me at 513-237-5134.  I need to get this taken care of as soon as possible.

Our backend team have manually suspended your account and they won't do this without any valid reason(s). I will try to reach them about this case, but I cannot guarantee you any information and if they are going to comment on this matter. I'll let you know if I get any.

Hello, I am still waiting on a response regarding this question.  I am not able to take any reservation orders on my website due to this issue.  I hope to have this resolved quickly.  Thank you for your time and consideration.

To resolve this I would suggest contacting Wix and SpamCop directly. I have checked the IP of your website and can not find it in their list, but as mentioned, this is best resolved by the website administration - Wix and SpamCop since they had reported the same to us.

Once you sort it out with them - so that you are not in the list and the issue is resolved, SpamCop can contact us to lift the same.

Alternative to this is to wait until someone from our backend team is able to take a look into the issue and if there is anything that we can do in regards to the same.

It is however good to note that if a reputable company reports some user, this is something we do not ignore, so if they contact us back saying that it is now OK, we would be happy to do what is needed on our side.
