Trying to set up integration with SalesForce

    I am trying to integrate with my salesforce account but I keep getting this error: Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out.


    I know my username and password are correct and I just got the new security token. What am I doing wrong? Could it be that it's because my account is still in trial mode? I can't find anyone to contact other than the sales department at Salesforce for help with this.

    I checked Salesforce support page, I see they have an article for that error message. You can check this guide: 

    I tried our regular test account and the integration was authenticated properly:

    The actual integration seems to be working as expected, please do check your credentials and your user account if there are any limits on it. It would also be best to contact Salesforce support team, they have a support page here: You can contact the technical support team to help you on that matter.
