Not able to download the uploaded the documents

    Was trying to download the uploaded documents for Bangalore, in spite of repeated tries,  the download stops in the middle and cancels. Kindly help me to resolve this issue since i need it very badly and urgently !

    If the size of the uploads is bigger than 200MB I do not think you will be able to download them. I would suggest to use the FTP method to transfer them to an FTP account.

    If you don't have one you can integrate Dropbox to have all the uploaded files saved to your Dropbox account. You can also use Google Drive Integration

    Also note that the number of times files can be download is :

    100 for Small files - less than 10 MB

    10 for Large files - More than 10 MB

     

    If you think the error you are getting is not related to the above let us know ( If possible add a screenshot of the error ).
