Account not upgraded when paid through PayPal

    We have now paid twice for this service but it is showing we have ran out of views.

    How long does it take for paypal to show you that we are paid up?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. It seems that there is an issue with upgrading the account when subscribed using PayPal. I see that we have received your both payments subscribing to JotForm Bronze monthly subscription. I've manually upgraded your account to Bronze now so that you'ld be able to receive submissions normally.

    Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. I'm also sending a refund request to our manager for your second payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process the refund.
