Problem seeing changes I've made in my form

I made a form and viewed the form online just using the url.

Then, I made a change in my form, for example-- reword text in a text field or  add a new field, etc. and saved it.

I can see the change in my preview, but when I refresh the page to view it online,  the change isn't made.

I tried opening a new browser to view the url, no change.

I've tried clearing my cache-- no help.

Finally, I made a clone of the page, and, using the new url, the change is visible.  But, I don't want to have to clone a page every time I make a change.

Everything else about the form works,  it just seems that the changes I make aren't displaying unless I clone the form.

    Help!

I've been using jotform for awhile and have never had this problem.

I've cleared your form cache. Can you please recheck your form?

If the problem persists, please change your form's URL from http://form.jotform to http://www.jotform and try again?

I spoke too soon.  In trying to make more changes to this form, I still have the same problem with seeing the changes.  I can see them if I change my url to www.jotform, but not with the url that the application gives me to use, form.jotform.

Changing urls, though it solves the current situation, doesn't solve the problem.

This means that every form I have made in the past needs its url changed so I can see edits I make to it (I've tried it).  I have urls in emails, on facebook, etc, that would be a mess to change them all.

Is this going to be a permanent solution, that we have to change the urls that we receive from form.jotform to www.jotform for all forms all the time in order to be able to edit forms?

Our developers are already aware of this issue and are doing an investigation as to what may have caused this behaviour. Once this is fixed the form.jotform.com subdomain should be showing the updated forms. For now changing the url of the embed codes to www.jotform.com is a work around just so that the displayed forms in the web pages are up to date.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
